If you are interested in learning to fly, Estherville Aviation can make your dream of flight a reality. We have a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) on staff at all times. We can usually schedule you for an introductory flight lesson most anytime on short notice where you can sit in the pilot seat and experience part of the magic of flight, try out the controls and see how beautiful the view is from up here. Learning to fly probably costs less than you think and you never loose your license (as long as you don’t do anything really foolish like drink and drive).
We offer training for the Private Pilot, Recreational Pilot, Commercial Pilot, and the new Sport Pilot which doesn’t require a medical exam. We can train and issue your tailwheel endorsement and if you are interested in your Instrument Rating, we can arrange for an instrument instructor to provide that training. Flight Reviews, required by the FAA every two years, can usually be scheduled anytime in your airplane or ours.
